Georgina James
Vintage Vocalist and Entertainer
Georgina trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts where she received a 1st class honours degree in Musical Theatre. She has performed all over the world as a Lead Vocalist and in 2019 made her UK Theatre Debut as ‘Andrea’ in the critically acclaimed revival of ‘Jerry Springer – The Opera’ (Manchester’s Hope Mill Theatre).
Her rich, velvety vocals and authentic, retro look are inspired by her childhood icons – Judy Garland, Ella Fitzgerald and Dame Vera Lynn. Available as a self-contained act using high quality backing tracks and own PA system, or as part of a piano and vocals duo, Georgina is an elegant accompaniment to vintage events, birthdays, special occasions and piano bars.
Georgina is London-based but willing to travel UK-wide.
